WP1 – Computational methods for pattern recognition
The tasks of this WP focus on the application of pattern recognition algorithms for the extraction of radiomics features from medical imaging data that will be fed into AI algorithms for stratification and prediction.
WP2 – Computational Inverse Problems
This WP focuses on numerical methods for the pre- and post-processing of medical images and the development and implementation of data-driven regularization methods. To enhance the reconstruction quality in biomedical imaging we aim at incorporating the radiomic features extracted in WP1 based on new data-driven learning approaches.
WP3 – Monte Carlo inference of kinetic parameters
The task of WP4 will be the management of personnel, deadlines, reporting activities and financial aspects of the project and with the dissemination activities.
